On the website, you can go to "Health and Benefits Information" from the home page menu to view links to print home delivery and claims forms as well as questionnaires. If your plan allows, you can also print an ID Card.

From your mobile device, you can use our mobile app or mobile website to view your ID card at any time.

If you take prescription medicine on an ongoing basis, your plan may allow you to order from our convenient home delivery pharmacy. Once you start, you can refill and renew your prescriptions from the website or mobile app - and free standard shipping is included.

To review your home delivery opportunities, go to the website or mobile app and for any medicine that displays the "Transfer to Home Delivery" option, click the button, then select the item and click "add to cart". After you add your retail medicine to the cart, complete the checkout process in order to finalize the transfer to home delivery. Express Scripts will then reach out to your doctor to receive approval.

The Express Scripts Mobile App lets you access and manage your prescriptions while you are on-the-go.

Creating an online Express Scripts account is simple. To register, you can use your member ID or your social security number.

Express Scripts® Pharmacy is available to those with pharmacy benefits from Express Scripts and other participating pharmacy benefit managers. In the future, non-members will be able to use the pharmacy.

Getting started is easy.

For new prescriptions:

Ask your doctor to send a new electronic prescription for up to a 90-day supply, plus three 90-day refills (if appropriate) to Express Scripts® Pharmacy.

For current prescriptions:

After you register or log in to your account, follow the prompts to move your prescriptions to home delivery.

Express Scripts® Pharmacy will work with your doctor as needed to get your prescriptions processed. If we can’t reach your doctor, we’ll let you know.
