On July 9, 2024, Endo USA, Inc. recalled Clonazepam 0.125mg and 0.25mg Orally Disintegrating tablets (ODT) from a single lot due to a packaging error. Some cartons labeled as containing Clonazepam 0.125mg ODT may actually contain Clonazepam 0.25mg ODT. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine used to treat panic disorder or certain types of seizures. Taking a higher dose than intended may lead to adverse effects such as drowsiness, confusion, slow muscle reactions, sleepiness and loss in muscle tone. For more information, see here.
